We have had tremendous working with track and field athletes. In 2015 we had four athletes win a state championship alone. Regardless if we are working with a track or field athlete increasing force production is a huge component of the programming. Focusing on multi-joint, total body coordinated movements is a must for these athletes. Utilizing the Olympic lifts and their derivatives is our primary method for developing power.
