In addition to training the competitive athlete, A3 also offers personal training or small group adult fitness.  We can help you achieve your fitness goals whether it be weight loss, improved cardiovascular ability, strength and flexibility improvement, or overall health and wellness. Each client will go through a physical assessment and nutritional assessment to determine the appropriate approach to achieving their desired result.  Our staff at A3 can accommodate adults of any fitness level and improve your quality of life through training.
