The sport of Lacrosse is growing at a rapid pace in the Northwest. Lacrosse requires a very dynamic athlete that is quick, agile and powerful. Developing a strong and stable core is at the root of our lacrosse programming. Training the LAX athlete to meet the energy demands of the sport requires an emphasis on two energy systems, the Anaerobic/Lactate system and the Anaerobic/ATP system. We utilize an interval training system that improves the two anaerobic systems, but also improves the aerobic system as well. Training aerobically would not have the same transfer to the anaerobic systems.
