At A3 we take a very functional approach to training our football athlete’s and we are able to program very position specific training. We feel the evolution of football has been mirrored by the evolution of training. Every player on the field must be able to move in space, change directions, exhibit power and speed. Therefore we have created a system that maximizes position specificity. Utilizing Olympic lifts and their derivatives to develop power, working sprint mechanics on a daily basis, training the correct energy systems at the correct times of the year are all facets of developing the football athlete we utilize at A3.
